BRCA RIsk Tool is a free tool for health care providers (physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants) to provide a recommendation of whether or not the patient should undergo generic counseling or subsequent genetic testing for BRCA1 or BRCA2 mutation. It incorporates the Ontario Family History Assessment Tool (FHAT). Note: this tool does not assess risk in those diagnosed with cancer.
